Are your servers fast and reliable?
We never oversell the capacity of our servers. That means you’re not squashed onto a server with more load than the system can handle. We optimise our servers primarily for security followed by functionality and speed. Through industry leading security policies, regular upgrades and sensible resource allocation you can be sure that your data is secure and your applications will run efficiently.
What’s your response time to support requests?
We target a 24 hour maximum support response time for a technician to respond to your request. The vast majority of support requests are dealt with within 6 hours and many of those fixed in one telephone call to our support department.
How do I keep/register my domain name?
Whether you already have a domain name or need to register one we can help.
Our system allows you to register domain names quickly and easily here!
However, most of our clients prefer to drop us an email with the domain they would like (or already have) and we take care of the registration/transfer for them.
Can I upgrade/downgrade my service easily?
Defiantly, the whole ethos of our service is to be flexible.
Need more space, emails or power? Just say the word and we’ll quickly upgrade your account or work with you to custom build your package.
Putting things on hold for a while or changing the way you work? Not a problem, just let us know and we’ll downgrade you to a lower package.
What is your minimum contract term?
The minimum contract term is 12 months.
We offer prorate billing so if you’ve used our Business Pro account for 6 months you could switch to the standard Business for the remainder of the term should you no longer require the features of Business Pro.
Do you offer a money back guarantee?
We’re confident that you’ll be happy with our service, so we offer a 30 day full money back guarantee! If your not happy with the service you receive, just email support@hudson-digital.co.uk cancelling your service within 30 days and we will fully refund all hosting and domain fees.
What payment plans do you offer?
You can pay for your 12 month contract term in the following instalments:
