SEO Resources
We believe that knowledgeable clients are happier clients.
They ask probing questions, play a larger role in developing their SEO strategy and generally push us harder.
We’ve compiled the below list of resources for their outstanding quality of information. Some are information documents such as those from Google, others are places us Geeks hang out and discuss SEO and there's a few top quality tools to help you track the effectiveness of your Online Marketing.
- Google Analytics - A strategy is pointless without measurement, Google Analytics is by far and away the most powerful analytical tool available, and it’s free.
- Google’s SEO Answer page - This gives some great advice when selecting an SEO agency.
- The Google SEO Guide - This is a really great overview of fundamental SEO requirements, straight from the horses mouth, Google.
- Web Master World - For years this has been the mainstay of SEO and Online Marketing professionals, if it’s industry news, it’s here.
- Matt Cutts - In years gone by, us SEO-ers would throb with excitement when a Geeks forum received a post form ‘Google Guy’. It was a rare post from the allusive ‘them’ addressed to the ever pontificating ‘us’. Now Google’s... guy, is in the form of Matt Cutts blog, which provides a useful heads up as to the direction of Google’s many areas of search program.
